Oxytokin Review

Aging is hard, and it's especially hard for women. There's so much pressure to hold onto your smooth, youthful, radiant complexion for as long as possible that women end up spending hundreds of dollars on anti-aging skin care products. But are women wasting their hard-earned money? The makers of Oxytokin say "yes". They also claim to offer their customer she same effective anti-wrinkle ingredients at a fraction of the cost of other high-end creams.

What Is Oxytokin?

Oxytokin is an anti-wrinkle cream which claims to be 'a fraction of the price' and also 'higher quality' than their three figure competitors. The manufacturer also promises that they can eliminate your dark circles, fine lines, deep wrinkles, and strengthen your skin with the scientifically proven ingredients in their formula. But do they live up to the hype? Our in-depth review will examine these claims, and more.

Oxytokin Ingredients

Oxytokin claims that all of its ingredients are scientifically proven to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on your face. Those active ingredients are:

  • Argireline NP (acetyl hexapeptide-3) - prohibits SNARE complexes from forming, and thus prevents wrinkles from forming or becoming more pronounced on your face
  • Peption-5 - a five-part peptide which can help improve the collagen production within your skin, making your face appear smoother and more supple
  • Glycerin - a very common humectant (a compound which attracts moisture into your skin and helps seal it there) found in nearly every single moisturizing lotion and anti-wrinkle cream
  • Sodium Hyaluronate - this is the sodium salt version of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a well-known compound which not only improves skin's appearance, but can also improve the health and vitality of other connective tissues

Buy Oxytokin

You can buy Oxytokin straight from the manufacturer's website. A single jar, which is supposed to provide you with a one month supply of the product, is on sale right now for $59.95 (a discount from their regular retail price of $79.99). As with most anti-wrinkle creams, you can save more money by buying in bulk.

Does Oxytokin Really Work?

The crux of Oxytokin's advertising campaign revolves around convincing customers that Oxytokin isn't like all those other, overpriced wrinkle creams; they contain the same effective ingredients, but they don't price-gouge women by slapping a $100-400 price tag on their product. They go on to blame the inflated costs of other creams on bloated marketing budgets. Maybe if they had hired a marketing team, someone would have exposed the flaw in their strategy. After all, what's to stop a customer from looking at their ingredients list, and finding a $20-$40 drug store equivalent? If all wrinkle creams are basically the same, as the manufacturer of Oxytokin claims, why should someone pay $79.99 for their product when they can get the same ingredients for cheaper?

Despite what Oxytokin wants you to believe, not all anti-wrinkle creams are created equal. For a list of creams that can help you reduce your fine lines and wrinkles, click here.
